Who We Are: The Ascent Employment Program assists all adults in Santa Clara County who seek employment. The Ascent Employment Program is a non-profit agency, founded in 1985. We have helped over 10,000 people find employment.
What We Do: Our mission is to provide assistance to those in our community needing meaningful employment, especially those with troubled backgrounds. Working in a safe and supportive environment, our team of trained and committed volunteers provides practical assistance and training to those wishing to find employment. Our goal is to give them a hand up and not just a hand-out, to allow them to become self-sufficient.
